- For Assistant Manager (Civil/ Electrical) positions, the candidate must be between 21 to 30 years old.
- For Assistant Manager (Fire) positions, candidates must be between 21 to 40 years old.

- For Assistant Manager (Engineer- Civil/ Electrical): Candidates must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- For Assistant Manager (Engineer- Fire): Candidates must possess a B.E. in Fire Engineering or B.Tech in Safety & Fire Engineering, or an equivalent 4-year degree in Fire Safety. Alternatively, candidates with a Degree from the Institution of Fire Engineers (India/UK) or those who have completed the Divisional Officer course from NFSC, Nagpur are eligible to apply.
